Order Processing and Shipping
Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be processed and shipped from our warehouse for all orders placed before 12:00 pm (Monday - Friday) on the same day. Orders placed after 12:01 pm will be processed the next working day (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or public Holiday's will be processed on the next working day. You will receive an email notification with your order status or you may check your order by logging in into your account. • Courier: Up to 3KG - DHL €7, DHL Express: €10.
• Returns/Exchanges: Free / Restocking Fee: Free

Zone No.2 - EU Main:

• Switzerland, Denmark, Czechia, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Spain and Sweden.
• Courier Up to 3KG - UPS/DPD €10, DHL Express: €12.
• Returns /Exchanges: Free / Restocking Fee: Free

Zone No.3 - EU Other:

• Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Monaco, Norway, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Malta, Greece, Iceland, Bulgaria, Hungary, Lithuania, Ukraine, Liechtenstein, Romania, Ireland and United Kingdom.
• Courier: Up to 2KG - UPS/DPD €12, DHL Express: €20.
• 2-4KG - UPS/DPD €25
• Returns /Exchanges: Free / Restocking Fee: Free

Zone No.4 – GCC/MENA:

• Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emiratesand Oman.
• Courier - Up to 2KG: UPS SAVER  €35, DHL Express: €20.
• 2.1-5KG – flat €40 + Custom declaration charged €40.
• Returns/Exchanges: On Customer. / Restocking Fee: Free

VEL DE REIS 21  days Return, Exchange or Cancel period
We are sorry to hear that you have decided to return your items. We do offer a 21-days free return or exchange policy within EU countries from day of delivery, allowing you to, exchange, return or cancel (if not fulfilled) without any shipping cost or needing to provide a reason. A restocking fee of 1% is eligible to be charged on return item value. 

However, we would love to know your feedback to help us improve your shopping experience for future purchases. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to include the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can go to your account and request a return after choosing your order number here or create a return label here.

You may also contact us at Info@veldereis.com subject field must include “Return + Order No.”. The email should include photos of items showing the original condition; unopened, unworn, undamaged with all labels and stickers exactly as received. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note items sent back to us without a prior return request and approval will not be accepted. Return cost will be on us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item or size, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable items
Unfortunately, Items purchased on clearance, special orders or personalized items cannot be returned, exchanged or canceled. Feel free to contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

Exchanges
To ensure your satisfaction on receiving the items you want, it is best to return the item you currently have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item with your store credit.

Refund Period
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and inform you if your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2-5 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.If more than 15 business days have passed since since your return was approved, please contact us at Info@veldereis.com.

We fulfill and ship orders within 24 hours from payment confirmation if placed before 12:00 pm. While delivery depends on your location and shipping options.

Our sizing fit is Italian fit. We offer 6 sizes for both men and women. Men starts at size 46 IT to 54 IT, Women from size 36 IT - 46IT and Girls 32 IT-36 IT.
