Discounts & Promotional Offers

All promotional discounts, discount codes, and special offers are valid on full-price items only, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Discounts cannot be applied to:

• Sale or reduced items
• Items already subject to promotion
• Bundles, special editions, or limited collections (where specified)

Only one discount or promotional offer may be used per order, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Discounts cannot be combined or applied retrospectively to previous purchases. VEL DE REIS EQUESTRIAN reserves the right to:

• Cancel or refuse orders where a discount has been applied incorrectly

All promotions are subject to availability and are valid for a limited time only. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Store Credit

Store credit, when issued:

• Is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• May be subject to an expiry date, which will be communicated at the time of issue.
• Can be used exclusively for future purchases on our website.
• Store credit cannot be applied to shipping fees, taxes, or combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.

6 Months Breeches Durability Exchange Guarantee

At VEL DE REIS, we proudly stand behind the craftsmanship, materials, and performance of our breeches. We offer a complimentary one-time exchange if a tear caused by a manufacturing or material defect occurs within six (6) months from the original date of purchase.

Eligibility

• Applies exclusively to VEL DE REIS Breeches.
• Proof of purchase is required
• Item must be returned for inspection before approval
• Approved exchanges will be issued for the same model and size, subject to availability (or an equivalent item of equal value if discontinued).

Exclusions and Additional Conditions

This guarantee does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper washing, or incorrect sizing
• Abrasion from saddles, Velcro, spurs, or external equipment
• Alterations or third-party modifications
• One exchange per item only
• No refunds or cash alternatives, Store credit may be issued in return
• Shipping costs may apply depending on location

This guarantee is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights and does not affect rights granted under applicable EU consumer protection laws.

Section 6: Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order, including orders placed under the same account, credit card, or billing/shipping address.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date account and payment information and to promptly update such information as necessary.
