Order Processing and Shipping
Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be processed and shipped immediately from our warehouse, or in some casses within 48 hours. Further, you will receive an email notification with your order status or you may check your order by logging in into your account. Zones and Shipping Rates

Zone 1 - EU Domestic

  • Countries: Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria and France.
  • Standard: DHL - Up to 3.0 Kg Free.
  • Express: DHL EXPRESS - Up to 3.0 Kg - €15.

Zone 2 - EU Main

  • Countries: Switzerland, Italy, Denmark, Spain, Sweden, Czechia, Poland, Luxemborg, Ireland, United Kingdom.
  • Standard: UPS/DPD - Up to 2.0 Kg - €7.
  • Express: DHL EXPRESS - Up to 3.0 Kg - €20.

Zone 3 - EU Rest

  • Countries: Norway, Finland, Iceland, Portugal, Estonia, Latvia, Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Monaco, Malta, Greece.
  • Standard: UPS/DPD - Up to 2.0 Kg - €10.
  • Express: DHL EXPRESS - Up to 3.0 Kg - €30.

Gulf Countries

  • Countries: Qatar, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain and Oman.
  • Standard: UPS SAVER - Up to 2.0 Kg - €35.
  • Express: DHL EXPRESS - Up to 2.0 Kg - €50.
  • Note: All shipping rates are subject to change based on total weight and shipping zones provided by the carriers. Updated rates will be shown on checkout page.

VEL DE REIS 21  days Return, Exchange or Cancel period
We are sorry to hear that you have decided to return your items. We do offer a 21-days free return or exchange policy within EU countries from day of delivery, allowing you to, exchange, return or cancel your order without any cost or needing to provide a reason. However, we would love to know your feedback to help us improve your shopping experience for future purchases. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to include the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at Info@veldereis.com subject field must include RETURN + ORDER NO.”. The email should include photos of items showing the original condition; unopened, unworn, undamaged with all labels and stickers exactly as received. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note items sent back to us without a prior return request and approval will not be accepted. Return cost will be on us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item or size, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable items
Unfortunately, Items purchased on sale, clearance, special orders or personalized items cannot be returned, exchanged or canceled. Feel free to contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

Exchanges
To ensure your satisfaction on receiving the items you want, it is best to return the item you currently have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item with your store credit.

Refund Period
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and inform you if your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.If more than 15 business days have passed since since your return was approved, please contact us at Info@veldereis.com.
